Zupet Availability
Zupet is currently available only in Kolkata. You can browse all listings on the Kolkata Pet Market page without logging in. Pages like Policies, Terms, About, and Contact can also be accessed without any login.
Browsing Listings & Contacting Sellers
Listings include the seller’s social media links (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.). Buyers can contact the seller directly through these links. Important: WhatsApp and phone numbers are currently not visible on listings.
Sell Your Pet – Listing Upload
Login is required to upload a listing.
- Sell Your Pet form fields: Pet Category (Dog/Cat), Pet Name, Price (₹), Description (breed, age, nature, health), Gmail (Contact email), Social Media Link (Full URL), Images (Max 5, clear and real), and City (Kolkata only).
- Note: After submitting, the listing will remain pending. Admin will verify it, and it will go live within 24 hours.
Listing Validity & Renewal
- Listing Duration: Your listing will remain live on the website for 30 days from the date of upload.
- Renewal Reminder: You will receive an email notification 5 days before your listing expires, allowing you to renew it in time.
- How to Renew:
- Via Email: Click the renewal link provided in the email.
- Via Dashboard: Log in to your account, go to My Account > My Listings, and click the ‘Renew’ button.
- Automatic Deletion: If the listing is not renewed after 30 days, it will be automatically deleted from the system 7 days after its expiration.
Login / Registration
- Existing Users: Login using your Gmail and Zupet password.
- Forgot Password: Enter your registered Gmail → Receive a reset link → Create a new password.
- New Users: Go to My Account → Register → Enter your Name, Gmail, Password, and Username → Agree to the Terms & Policy → Register.
- Note: Only registered users can access the ‘Sell Your Pet’ page.
My Account Page Features
To manage all your personal details and listings, visit your My Account page.
- Update or change personal details: Name, Gmail, Social Media links.
- Change your password.
- Privacy settings: Set your Gmail, Phone, or WhatsApp to public or private.
- View, update, or delete your listings.
- View your favorite listings.
- Logout.
- Important: Personal details are not displayed on public listings. Only the information provided in the listing form is visible.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Why is my listing not live yet? A: Admin verifies all listings. It will go live within 24 hours.
- Q: I forgot my password. What should I do? A: Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option. A reset link will be sent to your registered Gmail.
- Q: My city is outside Kolkata. Can I create a listing? A: Currently, only Kolkata is allowed.
- Q: What should I do if I face a problem? A: If the issue is website-related, use the Contact Us page. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before using the website.

- Pet Preparation Tips: Keep your pet healthy and clean, and have vaccination records ready.
- Tips for Buyers: Only serious pet lovers should contact sellers; use ‘Favorite’ listings and verify social media URLs.
- Pet Physical Check Tips: Observe health and behavior, check eyes, ears, and teeth, and verify vaccination records.
- Tips for Sellers: Write an honest description, upload 5 high-quality images, and provide complete social media URLs.
