Zupet is an online marketplace that allows users to list pets for sale or adoption. Users can create listings, browse existing listings, and contact sellers directly. Zupet serves solely as a platform facilitator and does not buy, sell, or trade pets.
2. Eligibility
To use Zupet, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
3. User Account
- Certain features require registration of a user account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Accurate, complete, and up-to-date information must be provided during registration.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
4. User Listings
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings.
- Listing illegal, prohibited, or endangered pets is strictly forbidden.
- Zupet does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or health of any pets listed.
- Users may voluntarily provide social media links for contact purposes; email addresses and phone numbers are not publicly displayed.
5. Listing Validity & Renewal
Each listing is valid for 30 days from the date of publication. It is the user’s responsibility to renew the listing before the expiration date to keep it active. A reminder will be sent via email 5 days prior to expiration. If a listing is not renewed within 7 days after its expiration date, it will be automatically and permanently removed from the platform.
6. Location & Availability
Zupet is currently operational exclusively in Kolkata. Features, services, and availability may expand or change in the future based on operational requirements. Zupet is not liable for any use or activities conducted outside the supported region.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zupet provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the safety, legality, or quality of pets listed. Zupet is not responsible for disputes, claims, or losses arising between buyers and sellers.
8. Information Disclaimer:
The pet care guides and blog articles provided on Zupet are intended to assist you in your pet parenting journey. While we strive to ensure the information is accurate, it is not a replacement for professional veterinary advice. 9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and designs on Zupet are the intellectual property of Zupet. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from Zupet without prior written permission.

11. Changes to Terms
Zupet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
