Zupet.net is currently available only in Kolkata.
- All listings on the home page can be viewed without logging in.
- Policies, Terms, About, and Contact pages can also be accessed without logging in.
Browsing Listings & Contacting Sellers
- Listings include the seller’s social media links (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
- Buyers can contact the seller directly through these links.
Important: WhatsApp and phone numbers are currently not visible in listings.
Sell Your Pet – Listing Upload
- Login is required to upload a listing.
Fields on the Sell Your Pet form:
- Pet Category: Dog / Cat
- Pet Name
- Price (₹)
- Description: Real and detailed, including breed, age, nature, health
- Gmail: Contact email
- Social Media Link: Full URL including username (e.g., https://instagram.com/username)
- Images: Max 5, clear and real
- City: Kolkata only

Note: After submitting, the listing will remain pending. The admin will verify it, and it will go live within 24 hours. Updates or deletions can be done from the My Account page.
Login / Registration
- Existing Users: Login with Gmail + Zupet.net password
- Forgot Password: Enter registered Gmail → Receive reset link → Create new password
- New Users: Go to My Account → Register → Name, Gmail, Password, Username → Tick Terms & Policy → Register
Note: Only registered users can access Sell Your Pet and My Account pages.
My Account Page Features
- Update/change personal details: Name, Gmail, Phone, WhatsApp, Website, Social Media links
- Change password
- Privacy settings: Make Gmail, Phone, or WhatsApp public/private
- View, update, or delete listings
- View favorite listings
- Logout
Important: Personal details do not appear in listings. Only data provided in the listing form is visible.
Tips for Buyers
- Only serious pet lovers should contact sellers
- Use favorite listings if browsing multiple pets
- Check the seller’s full social media URL
- Carefully review the description and photos before adopting or buying a pet
Pet Physical Check Tips
- Observe the pet’s health and behavior: friendly, active, playful, etc.
- Check eyes, ears, teeth, and coat for signs of illness
- Verify vaccination records and other documents
- For puppies, also check the mother and environment to ensure they are healthy and well-adjusted
Tips for Sellers
- Write an honest and real description
- Upload a maximum of 5 high-quality images
- Provide full social media URLs including username
- Wait 24 hours for admin approval after submitting the listing
- Select City: Kolkata only
- Only create listings for serious buyers/adopters
Pet Preparation Tips
- Keep the pet healthy and clean
- Have vaccination details ready
- Mention the pet’s real behavior and health in the description

Q: Why hasn’t my listing gone live?
A: Admin verifies all listings. It will go live within 24 hours.

A: Use the Forgot Password option. A reset link will be sent to your registered Gmail.
Q: My city is outside Kolkata. Can I create a listing?
A: Currently, only Kolkata is allowed.
Q: What should I do if I face a problem?
